Underwood cantou a faixa “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing”, Pickler cantou “Santa Baby”, que aparece em outras coletânias também, e Gloriana performou “Silent Night.”
O cd inclui também Miley Cyrus, Colbie Caillat, The Carter Twins, Charice, Kristinia DeBarge, Vanessa Hudgens, Sean Kingston, Leighton Meester, Mitchel Musso e Ashley Tisdale.

A série Very Special Christmas já vendeu cerca de 55 milhões de cds, com artistas como Madonna, U2, Willie Nelson, Reba McEntire e Alan Jackson.
